All legal documents governing use of fsmelogic.ca and FSME Logic services, consolidated in one place.
Effective date: March 2026 | Jurisdiction: Alberta, Canada
Section 01
FSME Logic operates as a registered sole proprietorship under the jurisdiction of Alberta, Canada, operated by Alexander Kalyniuk as the sole founder and equity holder.
Section 02
One hundred percent (100%) of the intellectual property underlying FSME Logic — including all foundational methodology, signal processing architecture, and detection logic — is held personally and exclusively by the founder, Alexander Kalyniuk.
Section 03
Beyond formal patent protection, FSME Logic's commercial advantage is further defended by a body of trade secrets that are not disclosed in any public filing, publication, or website.
The specific hardware-calibrated operational parameters that make the engine commercially functional are held as protected trade secrets. While the foundational physics are established in public prior art, the precise calibration methodology is not publicly disclosed and is protected under applicable Canadian trade secret law.
Any reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, or attempted reconstruction of proprietary calibration parameters from FSME Logic's public outputs, forensic reports, or marketing materials is expressly prohibited and constitutes misappropriation of trade secrets.
The proprietary source code is maintained in offline, air-gapped cold storage, mitigating risk of unauthorized access or cloud-based exposure.
Section 04
Section 05
All commercial licensing agreements are strictly bounded by defined Fields of Use. No single agreement grants rights across all potential application domains unless explicitly negotiated in a separate written instrument. Current and anticipated Fields of Use include:
The founder expressly retains all overarching, royalty-free rights for academic research, scientific publication, and non-commercial theoretical physics investigation, regardless of any commercial licensing arrangement.
Section 06
Section 07
FSME Logic does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any form of fiduciary guidance. Nothing on this website, in any forensic audit report, or in any communication from FSME Logic constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
The outputs produced by the FSME Logic engine are deterministic physical measurements of signal structure and integrity. They are not probabilistic predictions of future market prices or financial outcomes. Clients are solely and exclusively responsible for all decisions made in reliance on any FSME Logic output.
Section 08
Section 09
Past detection performance on historical or benchmark datasets does not guarantee identical detection performance on future datasets, different hardware configurations, or different operational environments. All performance figures are dataset-specific and condition-specific.
No warranty is made that any future engagement will achieve detection results equivalent to those documented in published validation materials. Clients are advised to evaluate FSME Logic's capabilities through a defined pilot engagement on their own historical data before making operational or procurement decisions.
Section 10
All forensic audit reports, signal integrity assessments, and analytical deliverables produced by FSME Logic are provided "as-is" and "as-available" based on the data provided by the client at the time of the engagement.
FSME Logic expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The quality and completeness of analytical outputs is directly dependent on the quality, completeness, and integrity of the client-supplied input data.
Section 11
Section 12
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FSME Logic, its founder, and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of this website, any analytical deliverable, or any decision made in connection with FSME Logic services.
In no event shall FSME Logic's aggregate liability to any party exceed the total fees paid by that party to FSME Logic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
